We are seeking applicants from a contracting background in the Building and Construction Industry with proven ability to manage construction operations and lead teams and deliver outcomes, in line with the company’s goals and objectives.

As State Manager NSW, based in Sydney you will motivate your team and drive them to success through your leadership ability and continuous encouragement. Specialising in Concrete Repair Systems, you will provide product solutions and industry advice to your clients as well as being fully responsible for strategic market growth of the business. You will use your strong business management and development skills to run projects from inception to completion, read and advise on construction plans, manage OHS procedures and take a targeted approach to identify market trends. Having a natural relationship building character and strong business acumen, you will have a proven background in selling waterproofing systems and solutions to the Construction Industry, Architects, Engineers’ and alike.

Along with your strategic sales and management approach you have aligned daily management skills, financial and budget control experience and a proven background in project delivery. Call scheduling, planned territory management and developing key relationships with high profile clients have become second nature to you. This position will provide a pivotal step for a proven performer that may be in an operational role and looking to step up to that next career challenge.
