Project - Manhole / Pumping Station Tank Repair
NCS utilised Xypex Megamix II and Epigin to reline an effluent pumping station tank, which was badly damaged from hydrogen sulphide attack. The manhole measures 6 metres in circumference, 6 metres deep and was successfully reinstated by NCS.
The task was to reline the underground tank which was badly damaged from hydrogen sulphide attack. As the tank is part of a two stage pumping system NCS could not close down the system for any length of time. NCS decided to design and install a run dry bypass system built within the tank it self.
This saved the client significant amount of time and achieved project cost savings.
