National Concrete Solutions (NCS) were contacted to provide a complete waterproofing package for a 157 room Novatel Hotel at Brisbane Airport.

NCS supplied, dosed and supervised over 2200m3 of concrete with Xypex C-5000 Admixture into the Basement slab, Basement Tilt Panel Walls, Landscaped Spine Slab, and Roof Deck with a double run of waterstop for all the contruction pour joints.

NCS applied a Latex Waterproofing Membrane to all internal wet areas and various waterproofing membrane systems to over 2600m2 of external roof and podium areas.
